November 16, 2016 – Montreal, Canada – Aimtec’s new AM20EW-NZ and AM30EW-NZ series are the latest addition to its 20 and 30 watt DC-DC converter line. These new series offer an extra wide input of 4:1 (9-36, 18-75 and 40-160VDC input ranges) and are housed in a miniature 2 x 1 inch metal and plastic package. The products are feature rich with input to output isolation of 1500 and 3000VDC, continuous short circuit protection, over voltage protection, over current protection, input under voltage lockout, remote on/off control and a 10% adjustable trim output feature. These series have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with derating at 55°C and features very low no load consumption of ≤0.15 W.
Typical applications include: industrial controls, test & instrumentation equipment, medical devices, railway, telecommunications and more. The AM20EW-NZ and AM30EW-NZ series are UL Listed and available in single output options of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15 & 24V and dual ±5, ±9, ±12, ±15 VDC.
